Tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) uses the meridian/energy points that are used in acupuncture and acupressure.

While gently tapping on the meridian points, we voice our discomfort, accept it and move past it. This helps to calm our distress, restore our energy balance and lowers our cortisol levels.
