Head of Sales and Partnerships

We are working closely together with schools worldwide. That is why we are looking for a Head Of Partnerships helping Clanbeat to be available to many schools around the world.  To make that transformation possible.

Looking for a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality to manage existing and develop new long-term schools’ relationships to accelerate Clanbeat’s growth.

You will be doing

  • Build sales funnel and processes
  • Initiate, grow, and manage trusted relationships with key strategic partners and help them to partner with Clanbeat
  • Recommend, champion, and advance creative solutions to strengthen partnerships
  • Drive growth by proactively evangelizing Clanbeat’s value proposition
  • Channel product input according to potential and actual clients’ needs
  • Give input for communication materials to better serve our future customers
  • Evaluate partner trends and provide recommendations to help drive business and revenue growth.
  • Expanding community and partner ecosystem relations

You have:

  • Passion for people, communication and perseverance in nurturing relationships.
  • Empathy to truly understand and listen to build meaningful partnerships
  • Cross-cultural communication and sensitivity to be able to work with people and organisatsions of different countries and cultures
  • Proven experience in sales, relationship management or key account management
  • Interest to work with schools and educators, prior experience in this field is a bonus
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Agile mindset to embrace the constant change and focus on the client
  • Good English and communication skills
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Hunger to learn and develop
